The design proposes an architecture rooted in the territory, integrating landscape, program, and construction system into a single operation.
The proposal takes as its starting point the productive geometry of the vineyards, the eroded topography, and the presence of the surrounding mountain ranges. These conditions act as the ordering matrix of the proposal, incorporating the logic of the landscape and its territorial structure as the foundation of the intervention.
The building adapts to the existing terrain and frames views toward the Andean landscape, privileging a continuous relationship with the ground. Located along Route 40 and within an area of regional growth, the complex is organized through a system of public spaces and pedestrian paths that progressively integrate the site with its surroundings, while vehicular access is concentrated at a single entry point.
The landscape strategy recognizes the site's depressions and embankments as spatial opportunities, articulated through a linear promenade that structures the entire complex. The park is defined by permeable surfaces, native vegetation, and stabilization systems built with natural materials, reinforcing biodiversity and the character of the place.
The building is conceived as a compact volume, low in height along its perimeter, with a reinforced concrete base and a lightweight steel roof whose sloping planes frame views toward the mountains. The auditorium forms the organizational core of the program, surrounded by technical and service spaces, while the foyer acts as the main public connector between the different functions.
A modular structural system frees large interior spans, allowing the program to be resolved with functional clarity, construction efficiency, and long-term flexibility. The intervention synthesizes landscape, architecture, and technique into a precise operation, capable of integrating with its surroundings while maintaining a distinct identity.
